APC will recognize and reward resellers for their sales and technical expertise, level of engagement and commitment to promote Adobe technologies and solutions to customers. The company introduced in-depth technical training and support, and new specializations in education and professional video solutions.
The company revamped its partner structure and introduced a new model with four levels of membership. At the top of the pyramid is the Platinum level with the highest revenue and business commitment from the partner, the Gold level provides partners with a partner manager, the Certified level requires a minimum number of Adobe certified sales professionals in exchange for Cumulative Licensing Program (CLP), deal registration and specializations. At the bottom of the pyramid is the Registered partner program that provides basic membership with an online enrollment program and access to Transactional Licensing Program (TLP) and shrink wrap programs.
APC also worked on deal registration and specialization. Deal registration would reward resellers who enabled closing of a qualified TLP or CLP purchase even if the customer may buy the product from another reseller. Partners will also be provided in-depth training on Adobe products, sales strategies and licensing programs as well as specializations. Resellers at the Platinum and Gold level would also be able to avail marketing funds. They will also be privy to all technical and sales certification courses.
Vineet Sood, Director, Channels and Strategic Alliances, South Asia, Adobe said, “Partners form an integral part of our GTM strategy and this new program will empower them to grow their revenue. The market is rife with opportunities in digital media and marketing and this is an opportune moment for our partners to embark on this growth trajectory. With APC, we are not only looking at expanding our current partner base but are also investing in providing the support they require for continued success and growth with our business. The program has been carefully crafted using partner inputs over the last few months.”
Nilesh Coutinho, VP, Sales, Embee Software, a Platinum Partner said, “The new program highlights Adobe’s commitment to the partner community and we are pleased with the host of incentives and support being provided to us. It will definitely help us in enhancing the buying experience for the end customer and is well structured to provide us the baseline support we need in the market.
